The Nutmeg Agreement between the two countries has been under pressure ever since ASPIN, the Indonesia Nutmeg Association undercut agreed nutmeg minimum export prices. One of the problems Indonesia faces is smuggling and Mr. James said he will be asking for strong effective measures to deal with the situation (08:41-12:57)
