dc.description.abstractThe article explains that on every occasion the Old Oak Casablanca steelband makes a formal appearance it carries two flags, one its own banner, the other the red, white and blue flag of France. The band, took its name from the classic film 'Casablanca' and associated itself with that historic meeting and the French flag.en_US
