This study investigated the concerns of three teachers regarding the use of Garden Based Learning (GBL) at a primary school in North East Trinidad. Data were collected through interviews. The results indicated that the teachers generally possessed deep concerns about the GBL innovation and the consequences it held for them on a personal level. They also held concerns about how the changes necessary to accommodate the implementation of the innovation would be managed, in practice, that is, the participants all had concerns related to time, availability of and distribution of resources, and general management issues.en_US
