2. In the second of a three part special on Easter in the Caribbean. We take a look at the holiday celebrations. Easter is a time of celebrations, reflections and of course extended holiday. In Britain there is a lot of egg giving, eggs being symbolic of new life but in the Caribbean a whole host of foods are eaten symbolising the celebration.
