The article recounts when the Savannah and the Grand Stand, where the theatre and drama of mas and steelband unfold, were once the home of local horse racing, hence why so many love Panorama on the "track". Soca diva Destra Garcia during an interview made some interesting allusions to steelpan and the sweetness of the "track". Destra comments on her pan experience as a child and as an acclaimed performer.en_US
