Abstract
Description
This photograph shows (on the right) Mr. Victor Archer, Secretary of the St. Augustine Campus escorting Sir Solomon Hochoy and Mrs. Hochoy to their seats on the occasion of that campus' graduation ceremony. Sir Hochoy was the first Governor General after Trinidad and Tobago's independence and he retired from that position in 1972.
