Mosco Tiles Fonclaire staged a silent protest during San Fernando's J'Ouvert celebrations in an effort to gain an apology from the San Fernando Carnival Development Committee. The protest stemmed from Fonclaire's disapproval of the judging at the Panorama competition where Maritime Life Hatters were adjudged Panorama winners with Fonclaire the runners-up.en_US
