Abstract
Brian Sawh, Deputy Chair of the National Lotteries Control Board proposed the plan for a "Carnival Caravan", a fair visiting international destinations to promote Carnival during an international meeting of Carnival Arts Organisations hosted by the Ministry of the Arts and Multiculturalism and the National Carnival Commission.
