The institute was born out of the shared vision of the President of Brock University in Canada, and the University of the West Indies. Speakers at the launch include Jamaica's Minister of Foreign Affairs Senator KAMINA JOHNSON SMITH and UWI's Vice-Chancellor SIR HILARY BECKLES. | |
