Abstract
A painting of the Cannon Ball Tree (Couroupita guianensis). A description on the back of the postcard reads "The Cannon Ball Tree (Couroupita guineensis) [sic] is a tall forest tree native to Trinidad. It is related to the Brazil nut, but its large fruits resembling cannon balls, are of no value."
