Abstract

A picture of the Governor's residence with its well kept lawn to the front and the long reach of the giant Samaan tree on the side of the building. When Trinidad and Tobago became a republic in 1976, this house was designated "The President's House", and became the residence of the President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
