Abstract
A vendor stands next to his donkey cart. At the back of the cart are his coconuts for sale. The description on the back of the postcard reads: “When you’re thirsty in Trinidad delightful refreshment is the cool sweet water of a fresh green coconut opened by the deft hands of a cutlass-wielding coconut vendor.” Postcard numbered BG56.
