dc.description.abstractAfter a discussion on where pan has reach, it was agreed that any plan for change had to begin with Panorama. Proposals were made to include a new category at the Independence Day awards to recognise the vital role pan has to play in national unification and reconstruction. The awards may be called the Panorama Awards and distributed in a form of grants to panyards in cash and kind in return for performance.en_US
