dc.description.abstractThis article argues that if students in Trinidad and Tobago are to be adequately prepared for life in an uncertain future, the Ministry of Education needs to implement the ideals and practices of tchnological citizens, which would prepare the students to be morally responsible citizens, able to make decisions about technology rather than merely reacting to it as passive consumersen_US
