The sweet sounds of the steel pan filled the air in San Fernando on Sunday night as a host of southern steel orchestras took to the streets. The event, dubbed Pan and Mas in the Streets, was organised by the San Fernando City Council as part of a series of activities commemorating San Fernando's city week celebrations.en_US
