dc.description.abstract	This article recounts the events that led up to the resignation of six members and the withdrawal of sponsorship from the steelband Trinidad All Stars. The members who submitted resignation letters were musical director Jerry Jemmott, arranger Leon "Smooth" Edwards, assistant secretary Earl Welles, captain John "Poison" Douglas, Anthony Guy and secretary Barbara Critchlow.	en_US
