Abstract
An early 20th century image of the Victoria Memorial Library (opened 1902). It served as reading rooms before the Public Library was built and housed the sales office of DBS Radio. Front reads: "To wish you a happy and a prosperous New Year from AB Stewart." Mailing address reads: "C. Chambers Esq., Plymouth, Montserrat."
