| dc.description.abstract | Anthony Butts is a self-taught artist, who was born in Georgetown, Guyana and held his first exhibition at the Exhibition Hall in Georgetown in 1977. In 1988, he exhibited with the Trinidad Art Society's National Art Exhibition, but his show entitled "Pan Explosion" will mark his first solo exhibition in Trinidad. "Pan Explosion" is an artistic perspective of the diverse moods that emanate from the steel pan. | en_US |
