Trinidad and Tobago's tardiness in journeying into cyberspace has seen cybersurfers searching for information about calypso on the Internet being directed to Barbados and those interested in the steelband are directed to Sweden. The general information provided about pan in Trinidad is sketchy, out of date and inaccurate. Pan Trinbago president Owen Serrette argues that since pan is a national instrument, the government should be responsible for getting information out on the Internet to determine what its presence in cyberspace will be.en_US
