The Arawak Cement Company like BWIA and Caricargo faces closure as it is losing money. Senator Claude Clarke held talks with Dr. B. Tewarie in Trinidad and Tobago and spoke with Debbie Ransome about discussions held with Dr. Tewarie. Senator Clarke admits that at this point in time the plant is useless.
