dc.description.abstractCabinet's decisions made following recommendations at the National Consultation on Steelbands created a wealth of opportunities never before available to steelbandsmen. Training courses in Business Administration, music and creation of employment opportunities for pan men were established. A Standing Committee of representatives from government ministries and Pan Trinbago has been set up to continue discussions.en_US
