2. Dr. Carl Clarke, Barbados Minister of Trade and Chair of the Caribbean Council of Ministers notes his surprise that St. Lucia is postponing the adoption of the CET. He shares his understanding of the agreement taken by territories and believes that the government of St. Lucia is still committed to the cause. Dr. Clarke added that his Deputy Prime Minister is in Britain attending a meeting with the aviation authorities and would be reporting back to him shortly (00:51-04:06)
