Abstract
Defending National Steelband Festival champion, Witco Desperadoes Steel Orchestra will go on a tour to Philadelphia, U.S.A. This tour is being hosted by the Freedom Theatre of Philadelphia. While there members of Desperadoes will also be guests of honor at a reception co-hosted by Trinidad and Tobago Consul General to the United Nations, the Ambassador to Washington Reginald Dumas, Philadelphia's Mayor W. Wilson Goode and Pennsylvania's Governor Robert P. Casey.
