Abstract
A picture of the Queen's House and the residence of the Governors to Trinidad and Tobago until Independence in 1962. This house was completed in 1876. It is unclear why this building is also titled the Queen's House. Noteworthy however is that the Governors resided at another house nearby on the then Paradise Estate owned by the Peschier family, 1867 to 1876.
