Abstract
This is a vintage photograph of a natural pond inside the Gasparee cave at Gasparee Island – also known as Gaspar Grande, Trinidad. The water, which is reflecting the cave’s interior, is crystal clear showing flat wide slabs just below its surface at the centre of the photograph. The stalactites on wall in the background have formed into drape-like creations and are hanging in the crevices.
