dc.description.abstract | Kim Johnson interviews Neville Jules in New York as Trinidad All Stars placed first in the Pan is Beautiful VIII Steelband Festival. All Stars has won a total of six Festival victories which is more than any other steelband. This is surprising to note given that All Stars kept away from the Steelband Festival from 1954 until 1968 because the band captain Neville Jules could not tolerate the adjudicators' unpredictability. | en_US |
