Caribbean countries have won a 15-month stay from industrialized countries which are planning punitive actions against off-shore centres, some of which they claim are in the Caribbean. Karen Weir reports from a CMAG meeting in London that the Commonwealth Secretary General is planning to visit Zimbabwe this month to help heal the political crisis.
