dc.description.abstractPan Trinbago, the official body of the steelbands, has organise a wide-ranging programme to mark 'Steelband Week', April 23 to 28. This was a direct result of the National Consultation on the Steelband and activities includes a series of night and day steelband jamborees throughout the twin island, an exhibition of art work by steelbandsmen, presentation of awards, concerts, a cocktail party and dance.en_US
