The first ever scholarship to study steelband tuning in Trinidad has been offered by the Grenada Government to Wilfred Harris. Harris has started the three-months course and was trained by Bertie Marshall, the nation's top pan tuners. Harris believes that with this training, he will be able to pass on the art of pan tuning to steelbandsmen in Grenada.en_US
