dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to consolidate available statistical data on the characteristics and situation of young people in Barbados to provide an information base that can be used to: (i) facilitate and enhance policymaking; (ii) provide a baseline for monitoring changes in the situation and behaviour of adolescents and youth – particularly given the impact of the novel coronavirus; and (iii) raise awareness about the issues that they face.
