Abstract
A picture of a walkway leading to the Governor's Residence main building with a fountain at the centre, tropical plants of the Botanical Gardens line the walkway. A man in traditional East Indian clothing stands in the middle of the walkway. When Trinidad and Tobago becomes a Republic in 1976, this house is designated "The President's House" - the residence of the President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
