Description
The photograph depicts the Queen's Park Hotel in Port-of-Spain, built in 1893 on the Southern side of the Queen's Park Savannah and it was considered the finest hotel of its time.
The hotel was considered among the very best with all of its modern conveniences. It was among the first of two buildings in Trinidad in 1895 to have electricity and electric lights installed.
