Abstract
Pan Trinbago receives its first financial assistance from the Ministry of Culture via National Carnival Commission, for both conventional and single steelbands to ready themselves for the national Panorama competition. The exact figure was not disclosed by Pan Trinbago's president Patrick Arnold.
