dc.description.abstract	The background of Redemption Sound Setters and Arima Angel Harp steelbands are outlined. Redemption Sound Setters is a Tobago-based band formed in 1987 which rose to become Tobago's top steelband. The band won two titles including the THA Pan Champs title. The Arima Angel Harps was formed in 1961 and has a proud track record having taken part in Panorama competitions continuously. However, an association with Jit Samaroo took the band a quantum leap forward.	en_US
