Montserrat's Housing Minister P. Austin Bramble is dissatisfied with the pace of construction of houses on the Northern part of the island. The US states that there needs to be more fundamental changes in Cuba before a softening of its policy towards the country. A high-level CARICOM delegation continues a series of meetings in South Africa aimed at initiating trade and investment opportunities. In cricket, the West Indies and England teams prepare for battle in the first test at Sabina Park, Jamaica. England has a rare chance to beat the Windies at home since West Indies cricket is considered to be in crisis. Cricket fans can follow the action on a new sports website developed by Britain's Guardian newspaper in partnership with Wisden. Ian Katz, internet editor states that the site will include session by session updates, plus live scores from every match. In Britain, the Trade Union Congress argues that race discrimination in the workplace is still at intolerable levels.en_US
