dc.description.abstractThis article gives a brief history on Catelli Trinidad All Stars Orchestra which was formed in 1943, with its headquarters at the upper section of Charlotte Street, commonly called "Hell Yard". Under the leadership of Neville Jules, the band received the top prize in the 1968 Steelband Festival from the Prime Minister Dr. Eric Williams.en_US
