Arranger and leader of the reigning National Panorama Champion, Phase II Pan Groove, Len "Boogsie" Sharpe, is calling on the corporate sector for funding for the Panorama competition. "Boogsie" states that the band will need approximately $500,000 to prepare for competition. Phase II is the most successful unsponsored band winning Panorama on several occassions. The band is currently unsponsored, Petrotrin had signed on as sponsor but this ended in 2005 and Digicel in 2006.en_US
