Abstract
The Trinidad and Tobago National Steel Orchestra is now legally incorporated. The band was established by the Culture Ministry 3 years ago by an Act of Parliament (Act No. 19 of 1999). Under the legislation there is steel orchestra fund which consists of money appropriated by Parliament and from some other sources.
