The article congratulates Phase II Pan Groove which won the Panorama competition and became only the second Woodbrook band in 25 years to win a Panorama. Phase II, was the first unsponsored band to win Panorama and reached the top through their own efforts and the ability of arranger Len 'Boogsie' Sharpe who became the first man in steelband history to win Panorama with his own composition.en_US
