Abstract
Trinidad and Tobago’s National Security Minister - Russell Huggins at the opening of a symposium for international bankers and law enforcement officials to discuss money laundering; disclosed that it is estimated that tens of millions of dollars pass through regional banking institutions each day for the purpose of money laundering – correspondent Tony Fraser reports.
