High on the agenda is the fate of the regional airline LIAT, the financing of CARICOM and the region's plans to tackle crime. Jamaican businesses to offer a full range of financial services to the Jamaican expatriate communities in Britain. An article in the cricketing magazine, Wisden Cricket Monthly which questioned the commitment of overseas born players to England's team, has stirred outrage amongst West Indian batsmen.
