dc.description.abstractSocial justice is about fairness. Social Justice Leadership therefore is concerned with leaders delivering and insisting upon fairness to all members of their school community through systems, policies and processes, the result of which will likely be a greater sense of belonging and engagement among members. This seminar presented evidence of school leaders in multiple settings doing social justice work. Miller's (2019) Triple Activism model is used to examine and make sense of the actions of school leader.en_US
