dc.description.abstract	The Swiss National Steel Orchestra is gearing up for their first appearance in the home of the steelband and there is a certain air of anxiety. Wilbert Gill, director, arranger, conductor and leader of the band, felt that the band must come to Trinidad to see how the bands perform. The band is the only foreign band participating at Pan is Beautiful VIII and the first from outside the region.	en_US
