I monitoring Corona virus in China. The University Of The West Indies (UWI) says it is closely monitoring the Corona Virus situation in China, and has activated a response plan for its students and staff members in that country. UWI says it has 36 students enrolled in a BSc in Software Engineering at the UWI/China Institute of Information Technology, which allows for two years of study at the Global Institute of Software Technology (GIST). UWI says at this time of inter-semester break, 28 students and one administrator are currently in Suzhou, China, which is not within the epicenter of the virus.
