Abstract
Trinidad and Tobago's High Commissioner to London, Garvin Nicholas, paid a courtesy call on the Minister of the Arts and Multiculturalism, Winston "Gypsy" Peters and they discussed a wide range of matters, including collaboration between the Ministry and the London High Commission to embark on broadening the introduction of the full range of steelpan instruments to the British school system.
