dc.description.abstract | The members of Trinidad All Steel Percussion Orchestra (TASPO) board the vessel S.S. San Mateo, which would take them to the United Kingdom to introduce steelband music to the people of England and possibly Europe. The San Mateo will make a four day stay at Martinique and TASPO will entertain the people of that island. While in England, TASPO will attend the Festival of Britain and is expected to fill engagements at many of the leading spots. | en_US |
