Abstract
The Privy Council squashed the review of two death row inmates, who have been reclassified as capital murderers under the Review of the Status of Death Row Inmates – correspondent Mike Jarvis reports from an interview with attorney Jennifer McDermott. A Jamaican woman and follower of US cult leader Vernon Wayne Howell), the Branch Davidians, a Waco, Texas-based cult, she left Britain with her teenage daughter to join the cult. Her husband was flown to Texas by a daily British newspaper with exclusive rights to his story - he will be reunited with his daughter who has been released.
