A limited edition of a new extended range tenor pan called the Deluxe Extended Range Tenor Pan has been developed in Akron, Ohio, USA. Panyard Incorporated, premiered the pan and featured it in their 1996 catalogue. The pan was developed by Trinidadian tuner Roland Harrigin in the late 1980s and Harrigin teamed up with Panyard Inc to produce the pan commercially. Officials at Pan Trinbago were surprised by the information about the new pan and could give no information on the innovation since Panyard Inc was not affiliated to their body.en_US
