dc.description.abstract | Steelbands have begun to take advantage of an old rule that Panorama selections need not be tunes composed by nationals of Trinidad and Tobago. This year's listing shows that there has been a slight swing toward tunes coming out of Barbados. The preference for these songs was demonstrated by party crowds over the Christmas season. | en_US |
