Arnim Smith, President of Pan Trinbago angrily resigned the post after legal letters were presented by at least four bands who demanded that they be included in the Nationals semi-finals of the 1984 Panorama; the finals of the pan round-the-neck competition or the national semi-finals be postponed, among other claims. As a result of these letters, Pan Trinbago has summoned an emergency meeting for all steelband executives to come to a resolution.en_US
